Today I am grateful for a healthy body that allows me to travel to great places. as today was a bit overcast, I thought it would be a good day to do the walk to the lighthouse. I started at James Cook Beach, walked the rainforest track, past Wategos Beach, up to the most Eastern point of Australia, and up to the lighthouse. The whole trek was about 3 miles long and took over two hours. It was an amazing walk! I even got to see a pod of dolphins in Wategos. Once I reached the Eastern most point, it was just miles and miles of blue. I've never seen anything like it.

The rest of the day I did laundry and chores. It's common here for laundry to be washed every night and for clothes to be hung out to dry. I reckon I'll use fabric softener next time because some of my clothes were stiff.
